Response & Security

The building looked after between visits.

Not every out-of-hours call is a security matter. Most are property matters — water coming in, a lift stopped, a door that will not lock — and they need the same thing: somebody who answers, attends, and gets the right trade there.

What’s included

  • Out-of-hours property assistance — the call taken and dealt with, whatever it turns out to be.
  • Emergency maintenance coordination — the right trade found, briefed and sent.
  • Common-area inspections — stairs, roofs, plant rooms and entrances checked on a schedule.
  • Vacant-property inspections — documented visits to empty units, for you and your insurer.
  • Damage reporting — what was found, when, and what it will take to put right.
  • Photographic reports — the evidence attached, so nothing rests on a description.

Security and property support are the same phone call

An owner with water coming through a ceiling does not first work out whether their problem is a security matter. They ring the number they have. Running property support from the same control room means the call is answered either way, and the distinction is ours to make rather than theirs.

Photographs, every time

Reports carry pictures. A committee approving a repair, an insurer assessing a claim and an owner reading a statement all need to see the thing, not a sentence about it.
