Functional — live chat
The live-chat widget is provided by Zoho SalesIQ (hosted in the EU). When the chat loads it sets cookies used to run the conversation — keeping your chat session alive and remembering that you have spoken to us before. These are functional cookies used only to deliver the chat service; Zoho acts as our processor.
Analytics — only with consent
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used. It is configured with Consent Mode and is off by default: no analytics cookies are set unless you choose “Allow analytics” in the banner. IP addresses are anonymised.
Changing your mind
