What we collect
When you submit an enquiry or subscribe to our newsletter we collect the details you give us — typically your name, email address, telephone number and a description of what you need. We collect this so that we can answer you.
Live chat
If you use the chat widget, the conversation and the details you share in it are processed by Zoho SalesIQ (Zoho Corporation, EU data centre) on our behalf, so that our team can respond. Chat transcripts are retained with your enquiry.
Analytics
With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymisation to understand how the site is used. If you do not consent, no analytics cookies are set. Statistics are aggregated and are not used to identify you.
How we use your data
We use your details to respond to your enquiry and, where you become a client, to deliver the service you have asked for. We do not sell your data and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become clients are retained for two years, after which they are deleted. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to erase it, or object to our processing of it. Write to us at the address above and we will respond within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with the Information and Data Protection Commissioner.
