Response & Security

Seen to be there, and there when needed.

Patrols do two jobs at once. A marked vehicle turning up at unpredictable hours is the cheapest deterrent there is, and the same vehicle is what attends when an alarm sounds or a call comes in.

What’s included

  • Scheduled patrols — agreed visits at agreed frequencies, logged each time.
  • Random patrols — unpredictable by design — a pattern is something to work around.
  • Night inspections — common parts, entrances, roofs and plant rooms checked while the building sleeps.
  • Alarm response — a vehicle dispatched when a monitored alarm activates.
  • Incident attendance — someone on site while the control room coordinates the rest.
  • Vacant-property checks — documented visits to empty units, for you and for your insurer.

What a patrol actually prevents

Most of what a patrol catches is not crime. It is the open gate, the propped fire door, the water running down a stairwell, the skip parked across an exit. Those are the findings that arrive as a photograph the next morning, and they are worth more over a year than the incidents everyone imagines when they picture a security patrol.

Logged, not asserted

Every visit is recorded with its time and its findings. A patrol you cannot audit is a patrol you are taking on trust.
