Response & Security

One number. One control room.

The centre the rest of the division works from. Calls, cameras and alarms come into one staffed room, and everything that follows — a patrol, a contractor, a key holder, the authorities — is coordinated from there.

What’s included

  • Round-the-clock call handling — a trained operator on the line at any hour, not an answering machine.
  • CCTV monitoring — cameras watched from the control room rather than reviewed after the fact.
  • Alarm monitoring — intruder, fire and fault signals received and acted on.
  • Incident management — each incident opened, worked and closed on a record you can read.
  • Emergency coordination — the right people called in the right order, to your escalation rules.
  • Dispatch of security personnel — a patrol or a guard sent to the address, from the same desk that took the call.

Why one room

The failure in out-of-hours cover is rarely the response itself. It is the handover — the call taken by one company, the camera watched by another, the guard employed by a third, and nobody holding the whole picture at two in the morning. Running the line, the cameras and the dispatch from one room removes the handover, because there is nobody to hand over to.

Cover under your own name

Hotels, hosts and other property managers use the control room white-labelled. You keep the client relationship; we answer the phone at 3am and tell you what happened by morning.
