Guarding as part of a system
A guard working alone is a guard with no backup. Ours are dispatched, supported and relieved by the same control room that monitors the cameras and the alarms, so an incident on site is handled by more than the person standing in front of it.
Briefed on the building
Because the group manages buildings as well as guarding them, a guard placed at one of our own blocks arrives knowing where the risers are, which door sticks and who to call. Where we are not the administrator, we ask enough questions to arrive knowing the same things.
