Victor Estate celebrates 60 years in Malta’s property industry, marking six decades of experience, growth and commitment to property owners, residents and communities across the Maltese Islands.
Founded in 1966 by Carmelo Bajada, Victor Estate began with a vision to build something that would last beyond one generation and create places people could proudly call home.
Over the following six decades, both Malta and its property landscape transformed. Communities grew, client expectations evolved and the industry became increasingly complex. Victor Estate evolved alongside them, while continuing to build on the values that have shaped the business from the beginning: trust, hard work, integrity, quality and family.
Six Decades, Three Generations
What started with one man became a business carried forward across three generations.
Throughout that journey, Victor Estate has built long-standing relationships with property owners, residents, clients, partners and professionals across Malta.
For us, reaching 60 years is therefore about much more than longevity. It represents the trust placed in the Victor Estate name over generations and the responsibility to continue building on that legacy.

Building on our established expertise in Property Management, Victor Estate is entering a new chapter as an integrated Property Services Group, expanding our portfolio to support a broader range of property needs.
It is a significant evolution for the business, but one built on the same foundations that have guided us since 1966.
As we celebrate throughout 2026, we will be looking back at the people, milestones and decisions that shaped our first six decades while also looking forward to the opportunities ahead.
